LetsTalk has really bad customer service. Check their ratings at resellerratings.com. I've dealt with them and they suck. Unless you think that waiting on the phone for 20minutes is not bad.
I just got my Sprint/Nextel family plan and two Blackberry 8350i phones through LetsTalk in April. The two phones were "free" after the mail in rebate, which surprisingly I already received...that was probably the biggest shocker since it said it'd take up to 18 weeks but i had the check in hand in 6 weeks. I kinda expected that it'd be "lost in the mail" as most rebates never pan out unless you follow the instructions to the absolute letter. I haven't had to use their customer service yet but the online transaction went without a problem.
